Medjugorje Pilgrimage 2026 & 2027

This was my first pilgrimage ever. I cannot praise Catholic Journeys enough. My guide and hotel personnel were very gracious and our priest was all that could be asked of a spiritual advisor. My fellow pilgrims were just really good and inspiring people , what more can I say. I left Medjugorje for the better, I would recommend the trip to anyone.

We recently returned from our March 16-24 pilgrimage to Medjugorje. We took 48 pilgrims this time. We brought 48 pilgrims in 2024 and another 48 pilgrims in 2025. All from St. John of the Cross Catholic Church. We stayed at the Sulic House Hotel where we were treated like family and fed delicious food. This is our 3rd time staying in this great facility and it never disappoints. Our tour directors again, was Dragan and his Son, Marco. As always, they are very knowledgeable about all things Medjugorje and seem to know everyone so anything that you ask, he can somehow make happen. On this pilgrimage, we had those that wanted to visit a new museum in town that showcased what Medjugorje was like before the apparitions started. Dragan made that happen. Others wanted to visit the waterfalls. Dragan made that happen. One of our pilgrims arrived separately and Marco went to Split to retrieve her and also spent time giving her a tour of the area. Another couple didn’t leave with the group to go home and Dragan arranged for them to get to Split separately. We even had two pilgrims get bad colds and Dragan took them to the clinic for medical care. Above and beyond in all ways. The pilgrimage was a deep spiritual awakening for many and will remain with them for the remainder of their lives. We will be returning to Medjugorje in 2027 with another group so we can again bring that spiritual awakening to more and more.

We visited Medjugorje for the third time in three years a week ago. As soon as my feet touch the ground in Medjugorje, I can absolutely feel the peace and love of Our Lady. We had a group from St. John of the Cross in Lacombe, La. Of almost 50 people each time we traveled. The pilgrimage is what you make of it, there’s time for something scheduled everyday and then time for you to explore, pray, Mass, adoration, stations of the cross, rosary, etc. We could not have asked for a better company to book our pilgrimage. Catholic Journeys is top notch. We already have our next pilgrimage booked for 2027.

We have only used Catholic Journeys for our trips to Medjugorje. Our Blessed Mother Called us in 2023. We had never been outside of the United States previously. Our Group Leaders Eric and Lisa Johnsen selected Catholic Journeys as our Travel Source. Great Communication and Guidance between the group and Catholic Journeys and the trips we so well coordinated. Airline Travel has its issues on occasion and we had some delays but Catholic Journeys took care of everything even enroute.

Communication was great with planning and the resources at Medjugorje are terrific. It’s like having a friend showing you his/her home and taking you to all the best sites to see while providing much history about the area. You will be well versed in the local Herzogovian culture when you arrive back home.

No concern of issues in the middle east as Medjugorje is far removed from the conflicts. Climb mountains, visit secluded sites, and enjoy the culture. Accommodations are first class and family oriented like a visit with friends. We are currently scheduling our 4th Pilgrimage with Catholic Journeys.

We just came back from Medjugorje and the trip was wonderful and very spiritual!

The only complaint I have is that United Airlines food is awful.

The Austrian airlines food is way tastier for airline food and we had more room between seats.
