Arrive in Dubrovnik (Split or Sarajevo) where you will be greeted by your tour guide and driver. Transfer by private motorcoach to the village of Medjugorje. Once there, you will have dinner and be introduced to your host family in who’s modern and comfortable house you will be staying for the next seven nights.

Experience the beauty and peace of this simple village. Here are some of the activities you will be sharing with your fellow pilgrims: Each morning at 10am you assemble at St James Church for the English-language Mass (Feast days and Sundays English Mass is at Noon). Follow the same path up Apparition Hill where the young visionaries first encountered Our Lady. Touch and pray before the cross that commemorates the spot where Mary first appeared to the visionaries.

Each evening at 5pm (or 6pm daylight savings time) you will join the villagers and pilgrims to pray the rosary, and then stay on for the Croatian Mass. The apparition takes place at 5:40pm (or 6:40 daylight savings time.) Don’t miss the Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on Saturday, and the Veneration of the Cross in the Church on Fridays. Each evening during Croatian Mass, there is the Blessing of the Sick and blessing of the religious items you have with you.

Your guide will arrange meetings with the visionaries as they are available. You will have the opportunity to climb Krizevac Mountain, where in 1933 the villagers built a 30' high cross on the 1900th anniversary of Jesus’ crucifixion. Visit and pray at the "Blue Cross," which is a very special place at the base of Apparition Hill.

After an early breakfast, leave by motor coach for Dubrovnik Airport (Split or Sarajevo) for return flights to USA.

Enjoy breakfast and Mass in Medjugorje. Afterward, transfer to Split airport for 1 hour flight to Rome. Upon arrival in Rome, you transfer by private Motorcoach to the hotel. Dinner and overnight in Rome.

This morning you will attend the weekly Papal Audience given by His Holiness, Pope Benedict XVI (pending papal schedule). In the afternoon, enjoy a tour of Christian Rome visiting the Major Basilicas of St. Mary Maggiore, St. John Lateran and the Holy Stairs, St. Paul’s Outside the Walls. You will also visit the Catacombs before returning to hotel for dinner and overnight in Rome.

Begin this morning with a tour of St. Peter’s Basilica. Afterwards, enjoy a walking tour of ancient Rome visiting Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. There will be free-time to explore your own paths, to shop, or just to sit in one of the outside cafes and watch the world go by. Dinner and overnight in Rome.

This morning you will transfer to the Rome airport for your return flights to the USA.
