Proposed Itinerary

Day 1 - Depart USA
Board your overnight flights from New Orleans. Meals are served on board the transatlantic segment.

Day 2 - Arrive Dubrovnik

Arrive in Dubrovnik Airport and meet your guide in the Arrivals Hall. Transfer to the nearby town of Cavtat, lo-cated on the beautiful Adriatic coast. After checking into your hotel, you will have the opportunity to wander through this quaint fishing village before dinner. Over-night in Cavtat.

Day 3 Dubrovnik - Medjugorje

After an early breakfast you will drive to Medjugorje stopping in Dubrovnik, also known as the “Pearl of the Adriatic” along the way. Here you will have the chance to wander the streets of this medieval walled city and visit St. Blase Church, named for the Patron Saint of the city. Continue on to Medjugorje, arriving in the early afternoon in time for lunch. Check in to your comfortable Accom-modations where you will be staying for the next six nights and head for St. James Church for the Rosary.

Day 4 to 8 - Medjugorje
Experience the beauty and peace of this simple village. During your stay in Medjugorje you will have the oppor-tunity to share faith with thousands of pilgrims from all over the world. Your local guide will accompany you throughout the week. Here are some of the activities you will be sharing with your fellow pilgrims: Each morning at 10am you assemble at St James Church for the Eng-lish-language Mass (Feast days and Sundays English Mass is at Noon). Follow the same path up Apparition Hill where the children reportedly first encountered Our Lady. Each evening at 6pm you will join the villagers and pilgrims to pray the rosary, and then stay for Croatian Mass immediately following. The reported apparition takes place at 6:40pm. Don’t miss the Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on Saturday, and the Veneration of the Cross in the Church on Fridays. Each evening dur-ing Croatian Mass, there is the Blessing of the Sick and blessing of the religious items you have with you. Your guide will arrange meetings with the reported visionaries as they are available. You will have the opportunity to climb Krizevac Mountain, where in 1933 the villagers built a 30' high cross on the 1900th anniversary of Jesus’ crucifixion. and pray at “Blue Cross”, which is a place of great healings and graces; a very special place at the base of Apparition Hill!

Day 9 - Medjugorje - USA
After an early breakfast and heartfelt farewells, you will leave by motorcoach for Dubrovnik or Split Airport for your return flights home.
